A full refund will be issued for TumpangBeli orders that are cancelled prior to collection by our China delivery partner. To cancel your order, please contact us through customer service from Monday to Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm, Saturdays 9:00am – 1:00pm (Malaysia Time).

Refunds will take two working days to handle as all refunds have to be process checked to ensure that no collection took place.

Refunds will be made, in full, if cancellation is requested before china courier collection takes place.

A refund will be granted should you experience an unreasonable delay or sub-standard quality in the service agreed upon at the time of booking, if these issues are due to negligence by TumpangBeli

Refund required to deduct a call-out charge to cover our charges to that point and warehouse storage service in China.

Refunds are not issued for failed collections. If your parcel is not collected during the pre-requested time, please contact us to rearrange a collection.

Transit times are not guaranteed and therefore refunds will not generally be issued for delayed shipments unless it can be proved that the carrier has acted negligently. In rare events of parcel loss or damage, up to 100% of your carriage costs will be refunded. (Please note: Claims for damage will only be accepted if the parcel is signed for as damaged upon delivery).

You can take out additional cover for your parcel’s contents at the time of booking.

If your parcel is returned without it having left China & Malaysia due to insufficient packaging, incorrect documentation or prohibited items found in your consignment, you will be liable for the China & Malaysia carriage costs and will be issued with a partial refund for the overseas carriage costs.

Refunds cannot be granted for longer Transit times. Transit times are estimated in working days from date of courier collection and are for major cities. Remote areas may take longer. Estimations are based on average transit times. Delays due to customs, weather etc… can occur, so we advise that you plan for this possibility.

Please note that refunds can’t be processed for any consequential loss.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

PRINCIPLE OF RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

TumpangBeli is committed to get rid of all your worries in international online shopping.

In order to ensure the convenience and safety of your shopping, you wil get a corresponding standard for every process of shopping in TumpangBeli, including returns and exchanges.

I. Shipping error, defective or damaged items
When you encounter the above problems, please take a photo of the item and its packaging, sent the digital photo and the description of situation to TumpangBeli FB. We will help to handle it and give you a reply within 72 hours.

II. Quality problem of the products
When there’s a quality problem on the product you bought after using it for some time, as long as the product is still within the warranty period, and you have the original proof of purchase and warranty card, you can entrust TumpangBeli to contact with China merchants for returns/exchanges.

Products that are eligible for returns/exchanges, TumpangBeli will be responsible in communicating, coordinating with the seller and the round-trip shipping process (excluding the shipping fee). As each vendor/producer has its own unique principles and methods in dealing with product quality issues (based on the statements in the product warranty card), TumpangBeli cannot guarantee that the manufacturer will fully meet your requirements but we will do our best to fight for your interests to your satisfaction.

TumpangBeli provides such representative service which does not require any service charge but you must bear the round-trip shipping fee of the product.。 TumpangBeli reserves the right to refuse to this representative service for those items that do not meet the conditions of warranty.

If any of the following conditions occur, we will not accept the items you request for returns and exchanges:

  1. Exchanged items, changes of original appearance, or missing parts;
  2. Unpacked products, such as software packages, CDs, DVDs, cassettes, etc.;
  3. There is no original proof of purchase of your products.
  4. Issues involving less components, damage, defect of the product are required to contact the customer service within 72 hours after signing the parcel. Overdue feedback will not be accepted.
